One day i was actually thinking what to prepare for break fast,it is really boring for me to decide what to prepare ,and and thought to prepare chapathi,my hubby asked what are you making for break fast today,i told i am thinking i prepare chapathi with any side but my hubby ignored that in abroad also i ate chapathi,roti so please prepare any different thing,but once i make mind to prepare one thing i can't change that is big problem with me so i decided poori & side for it but againsame vegetable sagu bore so when i was searching i got this kurma recipe,& in this recipe i made some varitions of my own,but it came out very well,even my hubby liked it,so here is the recipe.
Ingredients
2 big carrots chopped into medium peaces
Peas 1 cup
Tomato one medium size chopped
Onion one big or medium size chopped
Seasoning
Oil 2 tsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Curry leaves 1 string
Grinding for masala
Grated coconut 1/2 cup
Poppy seeds 1 tsp
Ginger 1/2"
Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
Roasted gram dal 1 tbsp
Green chillies 4-5 peaces
Others
Kasuri methi 1 tsp
Curd 2-3 tbsp
Method
Cook carrot & peas & keep aside
In a pan heat oil & add seasoning given,then add onion & fry until transparent or golden brown,then add tomatoes & add little water & cook,for few mins ., or until the tomatoes are tender,then add grinded masala & mix & cook for few more minutes or until the raw smell disappears,then add cooked carrot & peas & mix then add salt & live to boil for few more minutes,
Remove from fire & add kasuri methi & curds & mix well.
Garnish with coriender leaves
Serve hot with poori,chapthi,roti etc.,
