TOMATO SOUP



Tomato soup is very familiar dish normally everyone like,and this one also some prepare in different ways,i chose easy method and prepared it...


Ingrediants:

4 to 5 ripe tomatoes
1or 2 bay leaves
1 medium onion or 1/2 if it is big
1 medium carrot
1tbsp butter
Salt
Pepper
Bread slice
Sugar little
Cream ( optional)


Method:


  1. In a pressure cooker heat butter and add bay leaves,onion,carrots & tomatoes ( halved) and fry. 
  2. Add little salt and sugar and add 3 cups of water and close the lid and cook for 3 to 4 whistles
  3. Then after cool remove and leave it to cool little and grind in a mixie to smooth paste.
  4. Take the mixture and strain it that no lumps are there ( remove bay leaf while grinding)
  5. Take the mixture in a pot and bring to boil and add salt,pepper as needed
  6. Heat a tava and roast bread and cut into squares and keep ready ( brush bread with butter & roast) 
  7. Remove the soup and add little cream and garnish with coriander leaves 
  8. Add breadcrumbs while serving.
  9. Serve hot.
