BANANA,FIG SMOOTHIE



Smoothies are good to health, where normally mixing of fruits & even vegitables are blended by adding milk like normal or almond milk,in smoothies we have diet smoothies for weight watchers & people for diabitic... it is light breakfast drink which will make tummyfull and gives instant energy,for people who may skip breakfast .i am trying new kind of smothies for my daughter who carries everyday for her office .onemore thing is in these smoothies no added sugar,but in some smoothies you can add honey or sweetners.


Ingrediants:

2to 4 figs frozen or normal stem removed.

1 banana ( ripe) big one

1 cup or little less almond milk


Method:

Clean fig and remove the stem,and put it in a blender with banana ( paccha balehannu) and add almond or normal milk and blend into smooth consistancy.if it is too thick add little more milk and if it too watery add little more banana and fig.

Serve chilled.



Variations:

You can add palak leaves or flax seeds or both.
