VEGITABLE SAGU



Vegitable sagu,which is served with poori,chapathi or rice ,which is very simple & easy to prepare.

Ingrediants:

1 cup of chopped veggies of your choice 
Curry leaves few
Salt 
Jaggary little

1 tbsp of lemon juice


For grinding:

1/4-1/2 cup grated coconut 
5-6 or as per spicy green chilli 
Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
1/4 cup or little less fried gram ( hurigadale)
1/2 to 1"of cinnamon stick
Very little cumin seeds/ jeera

Method:

1. Cook chopped vegetables until done.

2. Grind all ingredients given raw to coarse paste.

3. In a vessal bring to boil both cooked vegetables & grinded mixture.

4. Add salt & little jaggary for taste & mix & leave it to boil until raw smell goes.

5. Lastly add lemon juice & mix well.

6. Make seasoning with tsp of ghee by adding mustered seeds & curry leaves & pour on sagu.

7. Serve with poori or chapathi.
