AKKI ROTTI HITTINA VADA OR NIPPATTU ( ulida hittina)




Today i prepared akki rotti for breakfast,but still little dough was remaining,in evening i was thinking what to do with that dough,i thought of throwing but still i thought so much waste i am doing so i thought of making a snack using it but still i was thinking if the snack doesn’t come out well then even oil will be waste but still thought to take a chance and tried ,sssss it came out 😋.


Ingrediants;

Remaining dough of rotti

4 to 5 tbsp rice flour for binding or getting stiffness.

Oil for deep frying



Method;

1. Heat oil

2. Take the dough and add rice flor and mix ,then make equal balls and keep

3. On a plastic cover brush little oil and take a ball and press it into disc shape.

4. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crisp,

Remove and serve with tea or coffee.


Note;

You can add more green chillies and onions and coriander leaves while making. Vada.
