MOOLANGI RAITA




Moolangi or raddish raita. From raddish we prepare sambar,chutney,paratha,etc., and also raita which


































































is very tasty and served with vangibhath,bisibelebhath or plain rice or you can eat it like that only and


very easy to make with in no time.


Ingrediants:

Moolangi 2 to 3 ( adjust as you want)


Curd 1cup or little more

Salt asper taste

Green chillies 1 or 2 finely chopped

Curry leaves few

Coriander leaves little

Grated coconut 2 tbsp

Seasoining:

Ghee 1 tsp
1/2 tsp mustered seeds

1/4 tsp jeera

1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds

Pinch of asafoetida ( optional)


Method:

1. Clean radish and remove the skin and grate it and keep.

2. In a wok heat ghee and add all seasoning and fry and  pour on raddish and add salt and other ingredients and mix well

3. Lastly add wisked curds and mix garnish with coriander leaves.

4. Serve cool.
