MOLAKE BANDA HESARUKALINA DOSE




Hesarukalu in kannada & moong beans in english which has many health benifits,where it is high in vitamins,minarals,protien and fiber,good for diabities,heart  ,sorce of potassium,magnesium........


Ingrediants;

1 cup rice

1/2 cup uraddal

Little less than 1 cup or 1 cup of sprouted moong beans ( molake banda hesarukalu)

2 tbsp of chana dal

1 fist thick poha

1 or 2 tsp of fenugreek or methi seeds

Soak rice seperately and other ingrediants mixed for 4 to 5 hrs.

Grind dal and other ingrediants to smooth batter & next grind rice to smooth batter

Mix both nicely and leave it to ferment overnight.

Next day add salt and pinch of sugar ( optional) and mix throughly,

Heat a tava and spread ladle full of batter into thin dosa and sprinkle little oil and cover and cook
Until crisp and golden brown.

Serve hot with chutney or any other sides.
