JAM BISCUITS


Dont go with picture because i made a small mistake here,oh ,!! No no not a big one very small one 😁 . Got this by one of the blog .tried to prepare and it came out very well and taste was verygood but i had put jam little more and it oozed out 😫.hmmm,let us go to recipe.


Ingrediants:

1/3 cup of melted butter

1/3 cup of powdered sugar

2-3 tbsp of warm milk

1/3 cup of corn starch or corn flour

3/4 cup all purpose flour or maida

1 tsp of baking powder

1/2 tsp or little more of lemon zest ( optional)

2 tb sp of any fruit jam,i used mixed fruit jam


Method:

1. Firstly mix dry ingredients in a bowl.and even lemon zest if your putting.

2. In another bowl take melted butter and sugar and mix thourghly .

3. Next mix dry ingredients to wet ingredients,it will be crumbly.

4. Now add warm milk little by little and make a soft dough.

5. Pre heat the oven on 180 dig for 5 to 8 mins

6. Take small dough and roll and press in centre i used a tsp to press..

7. At the centre put very little jam .

8. Araange the cookies on greeased tray and bake for 15 mins.

9.remove  and let it to cool.

19. Store in an air tight container.
