DIGESTIVE BISCUITS CAKE ( EGGLESS)


I had two big packs of britania digestive biscuits,bored of eating so prepared no bake cake few days back,today i tried eggless cake.it is spongy and tastes good.


Ingrediants:

1 1/4 cup of maida  less 1 tbsp

1 and 1/4  tbsp of corn flour

1/2 cup of milk maid

1/2 cup of oil

1/2 cup of powdered sugar

1/2 tsp of baking powder

1/4 tsp of baking soda

3/4 or 1 cup of biscuits powder

1/2 cup of milk or little more

Method:

1. In a wide bowl mix milkmaid,sugar and oil and mix until creamy texture.

2. Add baking powder and baking soda and mix again.

3. Next in another bowl seieve maida ( remove 1 tbsp and very little more and add corn flour and mix)

4. Powder biscuits and mix with maida.

5. Now start mixing both wet and dry ingredients by slowly adding the dry ingredients,mix throughly in one direction.

6. Now add little by little milk ( warm) at a time and mix,i mixed upto 1/2 cup plus little more.

7. Now add chocolate chips and mix ( optional)

8. Greese cake tin and pour the batter and tap it evenly .

9. Pre-heat the oven for 10 mins at 180 dig ,

10. Bake for 40 to 45 mins or until done ( insert a toothpick and if it comes out clean it is done ) .

11. Remove and leave it cool.

12. Cut into equal pieces and serve .
