KODO MILLET,PROSO MILLET,& LITTLE MILLET.
SET DOSA
INGREDIANTS
1/2 cup of kodo millet
1/2 cup of proso millet
1/2 cup of little millet
1/2 cup thick poha
1/2 of 3/4 th cup of urad dal
1/2 tb sp of methi seeds
METHOD
1: soak all Ingrediants in sufficiant water for 4 to 5 hrs.
2. Grind into smooth batter and keep for fermenting overnight.( it should not be too watery,it will be little thick in consistency).
3.next day add sufficiant salt and little sugar and mix well.
4.heat tava and pour ladle full of batter and spread little not like other dosa.
5.sprinkle little oil and cover and cook.
6. Remove and serve hot with chutney or any other sides which you like.
