Ingrediants;
1 cup of badam
3/4 cup of cashews
3/4 cup of pista
Little dry grapes or kishmish
Rock candy or kallu sakkare as per sweetness
Cardamom 1 tsp or little more if you like
Kesar few strands or food color
Method;
1. Roast all nuts for few minutes
2.cool
3.powder rock candy or kallu sakkare and keep
4. Take little by little nuts and powdered kallusakkare and make smooth powder.
5.powder all remaining nuts.
6.lastly add cardamom powder and kesar and powder.
7.finally, sieve the mixture ,you get smooth powder.
8.add to hot or cold milk and enjoy.
9.store in air tight box.
10.note ; you can use regular sugar also.here i used rock candy because it is good for health .
One more thing I forgot to mention,after making powder ,cut some almonds and kaju and pista into small tiny pieces and mix with the powder ,such that you can enjoy the biting of nuts while drinking the badam milk .
