NAVANE RAVA IDLI





Ingrediants

Navane 1 cup coarsly grounded to rava

1 cup of curd

Salt

Green chillies

Mustered seeds

Ghee

Curry leaves

Coriander leaves

Chanadal

Urad dal

Caswes

Coconut grated

Water as needed

Method

Heat ghee and add all seasoining Ingrediants and fry then add cashews and fry then add ginger and fry then add coarse rava of millet and fry for few minutes until nice aroma comes out and when it is littlewarm add coriander leaves and coconut and mix the add little curd and mix and leave forfew minutes.

Next add remaining curds and mix and add water and mix it to idli batter nottoo thin or thick.


Grease idli plates and pour batter and steam to 15 mins oruntil done

Serve hot
