KODO MILLET DOSA






Ingrediants;

1 cup of millet

1/2 cup of urad dal

1 fist full poha or avalakki

1 tbsp of mentya

Soak all your Ingrediants for 4 to 5 hrs.

Grind all into smooth batter and keep it for ferment overnight.

Next day add salt and mix gently.

Heat a griddle and pour a ladle full of batter and spread thin dosa and sprinkle little oul and cover and cook on low flame.

Remove and serve hot with chutney.
