Making of curry and stuffing in dosa,where when we are bored of eating normal dosas this one is good to try,where from children to elders like this dosa.
Ingrediants;
Dosa batter
For curry,
Vegitables u like
Here i used carrot,capsicum,onion ,tomato
Cut veggies lengthwise thinly.
Other things( masala)
Oil
Jeera
Salt
Little sugar
Dhaniya powder
Garam masala
Turmeric powder
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add jeera when it splutter add curry leaves ,ginger & fry little now add onion and fry till translucent and add carrot and fry then add capsicum and fry and add tomato and fry for few minutes and sprinkle little water and close the lid and cook on medium low flame until vegitables are cooked,here if you want little crunchy or crisp you can remove little bit earliar.
2.when veggie arecooked add salt and other masalas and mix,here you can add green chilli or red chilli powder if you want more spicy.mix throughly and lastly add corriander leaves and lemon juice andmix.
3. Now heat tava and pour one ladle of batter but do not try to spread too much next to that make one more dosa ( make midium size dosas) and drizzle little oil on both dosas and semi cook,then spread curry on one dosa and press with spatula, and cover and cook completely.
4. Then overlap empty dosa on curry spread dosa and press gently.
5. Remove the dosa on a plate then cut the dosa at the centre .
6.serve with sauce,or chutney.
