BADANEKAI-ALUGADDE-EERULI PALYA





Ingrediants:

4-5 brinjal

2 potatoes

2-3 onions cut into small ( not too small ) pieces

Seasoining:

Oil 1 tbsp
1tsp mustered seeds
1 tsp of chanadal
1/2 tsp of uraddal
Few curry leaves
1 red chilli

Grinding

1tsp of chanadal

1/2 tsp of uraddal

1/2 tsp or little more coriander seeds

4-5 red chillies

Fry all these with 1/2 tsp of oil & make smooth powder & keep

Others:

Coconut grated 1/2 cup and little more

Salt

Jaggary

Tamrind paste 1tsp and little more.


Method:

1. Heat oil and make seasoining.

2.now add onion and fry for few minutes

3,now add brinjal & potatoes & fry &

4.add tamrind paste & mix well & add little water & cover & cook until done.

5.after vegitables are cooked add grinded powder & mix & cook for few more minutes.

6.add salt,jaggary and mix.cover and cook few more minutes

7.lastly add grated coconut & coriander leaves & mix

8.serve with,rice,chapathi ettc.,
