BOODAGUMBALAKAI DOSE


Boodagumbalakai means ashgourd,in which we usually prepare sambar,majjigehuli,sweet like halwa etc., here today i tried to make dosa from that where it was very easy & tasty too,which you can't even guess that it is ashgourd dosa,you can prepare thick like set dosa or thin dosas or thin & crispy dosas too...

Ingrediants:

1 cup any rice like raw or dosa rice soaked in night

1 cup or little more ashgourd or boodagumbalakai

Green chillies few

Salt as per taste

1/4 tsp of sugar


Method:

1. Soak rice in night

2. Next day morning grind rice with ashgourd & green chillies to smooth batter.

3. Add salt & keep aside for 1/2 an hr.

4. Heat tava & make as usual dosa & smear oil & cook.

5. Serve hot with any side you like.

Note: you can grind as asusual dosa batter & make dosas as soft or crispy both.

And you can grind little bit thicker as for set dosas & make set dosa too.which ever is convenient for you.
