Hesarubele means moongdal,which is used here,normally for making ambode we use chanadal,here i tried for first time with moongdal that is hesarubbele ,it was tasty & same as regular ambode.
Ingrediants;
1 cup of moongdal,hesarubele
1/4 cup of chanadal,kadalebele
Little coriander leaves
Few crry leaves
Salt as per taste
4-5 green chillies or as per spice
Little ginger
Coconut cut into pieces
Method:
1. Soak both dals for few hrs separately.
2. Firstly grind chanadal & greenchilies to coarse paste.
3. Next grind moongdal ,hesarubele to coarse paste ( try)
4. Mix both grinded dals & add all other things & mix throughly.
5. Heat oil in a pan.
6. Now make ambodes as usual like chanadal ambode & deep fry in hot oil.
7. Serve hot .
