Ingrediants ;
3/4 to 1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp urad dal
1/2 to little more grated coconut
Others;
Salt
Jaggary
Seasoining;
1 tsp ghee
1/2 tsp mustered seeds
1/4 tsp jeera
Curry leaves
Coriender leaves
Last but not the least is milk 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup
Method;
1. Firstly fry uraddal,black pepper & add coconut & grind into smooth paste
2. In a vessal take grinded mixture & add water ( sufficiant) & bring to boil.
3. Add salt,jaggry & boil for few minutes until nice aroma comes .add curry leaves
4. Before removing from stove add milk & boil a sec & remive then make seasoining & add.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with rice or as soup to drink.
