NEER DOSA

Neer dosa is also one of the dosa variety where only rice is used & more water is used,this dosa preparation like rava dosa.thin soft & crispy.

Ingrediants;

1 cup of raw rice soaked in water overnight
Salt as needed
Water as needed for watery consistenncy
1 tsp jeera

Method;

1. Soak raw rice over night with sufficiant water.

2. Next day clean and remove the water & grind into smooth batter by adding little water it should not be coarse.

3. Take it in a bowl and add more water & salt & mix well,the consistenncy should be watery like rava dosa batter.keep aside for few minutes.

4. Heat tava & sprinkle little water & brush with an onion with little oil ( optional)

5. Take a ladle full of batter & pour from little high from out to in fill all the gaps & sprinkle little oil & cover & cook ( don't try to spread)

6. Cook until it starts turning golden brown & crisp at edges.

7. Remove & serve hot with sambar or chutney.
