Rusk







Rusk which is crunchy biscuit type which is served with coffee or tea & very easy to make and tadty too,i had posted rava rusk in last post where i used rava bread ( home made) to make rusk & today same method but i used normal bread which we get in bakery,but making is same method so I don't post recipe here instead i will put link for the recipe.

Note; temperature differs in each oven so keep an eye while rosting here no baking only roasting so keep in mind otherwise everything will be burnt . In my oven it roasted before 12. Minutes so it may be more or less in yours.& don't forget to brush butter & roast & also dont forgot to flip the rusk after 8-10 miy or when it starts to change the colour.
