BELEGALA DOSE






Bele means dals,this dosa is dal dosa where i have used different kinds of dals with rice,it is very crispy & tasty dosa serve with chutney or sambar....

Ingrediants;

1 cup of rice ( any rice)
1/2 cup or little less urad dal
1/4 cup of channadal
1/4 cup of moongdal
1/4 cup of toordal
Fist of poha
1 tsp of fenugreek seeds
Salt as needed
Water for grinding
Oil for making dosas

Method;

1. Soak all Ingrediants for 4-5 hrs & grind into fine paste by adding sufficiant water.

2. Keep for fermentation overnight.

3. Next day add sufficiant salt & mix throughly.

4. Heat dosa tava & spread ladle full of batter & spread thinly & sprinkle little oil & cover & cook until it turns golden colour in bottom & crisp.

5. Remove & serve with your fav side.
