MARRIE BISCUIT PUDDING

Marrie biscuit pudding,this is the first time i tried this all these days thinking of trying pudding but tried only tasting in some places 😜i like pudding very much.hmmm., i has a pack of marrie biscuits and was bore of eating that so thought of trying any dish from that & searced for a recipe & one day in a tv show they showed this & tried this recipe,but slight changes i made,it came out very nice & tasty

Ingrediants;

1/2 cup of butter
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 cup icing sugar or 1/2 to 3/4 cup of sugar
1 cup or little more milk
4-5 tbsp or little more coco powder
1 tsp of custard powder or corn flour
27 to 30 marrie biscuits
1 cup of crushed marrie biscuits
1/4 cup or as u wish finely chopped nuts
Or you can use any fruit like pine apple or cherries or strawberries
For garnishing
Water for dipping biscuits
Tissue paper to dry biscuits

Method;

1. In a vessal heat butter & add cream & mix well ( medium flame) now add sugar & mix well next add milk & cocopowder & mix well without lumps ( here you can mix coco powder & milk in seperately in a bowl without any lumps & pour to the butter mixture.)

2. Now ake custard powder or corn flour in a tb sp of milk & make a lumps free paste & pour to mixture & mix & leave it to boil until it starts thickening like a paste kee p
mixing in a spoon else bottom will get burnt.

3. Cool it not completly to room temperature but the mixture should be at pouring consistancy.

4. Now take a square cake mould or sny design you wish & cover with cling film or butter paper.

5. Now firstly, cover the bottom with some dry fruits & cover that with chocolate sauce which you have made .

6. Now take one by one biscuits & dip in the water both the sides & put on a tissue paper & remove extra water & slightly dry & arrange in the mould ( here instead of water you can also use instant coffee for dipping biscuits)

7. After arranging ( in my mould for one layer i used 9 biscuits) it depends on your mould which you are using .biscuits pour a layer of sauce & cover completely,biscuits should not be visible.

8. Like this arrange 3-4 layers or more if you can ( mine 3 layers ) in each layer after covering with
sauce crush some biscuits & spread then again arrange like this continue till end .lastly cover with cocopowder sauce & sprinkle crushed powder & keep in freezer & freeze for 8-10 hrs or until firm.

9. Before serving remove & bring it to room temperature & unmould it upside down & if you want more attractive you can garnish with fruits which i have mentioned.

9. Make slice & serve chilled with any ice cream of your favourite.

10. If not using keep back in freezer otherwise you cant handle it because it becomes very soft.
