Hesarubele mathu navane dose,in english it is moong dal & fox tail millet,both are very healthy,actually i was thinking what to do for break fast becaz i did not decide before so thought of to try this moongdal dosa last time i had tried hesarukalu dose it was also came out very nice & tasty so this time i wanted to try hesarubele dosa & thought of making it little more healthy & added foxtailmillet to it and prepared this is also one of the instant dosa which no more soaking & fermenting.
Ingrediants
1 cup of hesarubele /moongdal
1/2 cup of navane/ foxtailmillet
1/4 cup of poha / avallakki
Salt as per taste
3-4 green chilli/ red chilli
1/2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
Inch of ginger
Little sugar
Method:
1. Soak hesarubele,navane & poha in medium hot water for 1-2 hrs or until soft.
2. Grind everything by adding green chilli or red chilli,salt,sugar & jeera to fine paste & mix it finely & keep aside.
3. Heat a dosa tava & pour one ladle full of batter & spread into thin dosa & smear little oil & cover & cook on medium flame until golden color & crisp.
4. Remove & serve hot with any side.
5. If you want you can make even thick dosa or thin dosa.
