OATS DOSA


Oats dosa which is very healthy & easy to make dosa where you can make when ever you want by preparing little before.as all know oats are also very healthy & nowa days we can see many recipes made by using oats,here i tried dosa ...you can make soft or crisp any thing in one way it is little bland in taste if you like that you can make plain or you can add any other things like onion,greenchilli making oats onion dosas you can make variations...

Ingrediants;
1 cup urad dal
2 cups of oats ( any cooking oats)
Salt as per taste
1/4 cup of poha
1 tsp of sugar

Method;
1. Soak everything except salt and sugar overnight ( i soaked overnight) or 2&1/2 hrs before making or until uraddal becomes soft.

2. Grind by adding salt & sugar ( here you can add green chilli or red chilli & jeera ) & grind into smooth batter by adding sufficiant water it should be like pouring consistency.

3. Heat a tava & pour a ladle full of batter & spread thinly & sprinkle little oil & cook on a medium flame by covering.

4. Remove when it turns crisp .

5. Serve hot with any side you like.
