SWEET LASSI

Sweet lassi,prepared by using curds and this drink is from Punjab ,where there they usually prepare in all houses & functions & served with rabdi,jilabi or peda...in lassies also many types are there like sweet,salt & nowadays you can see chocolate lassi etc., & you can see plain lassi or adding cardamom & kesar & decorated with pistachios.....here i prepared plain lassi becaz my daughter likes plain & curds are also have many health bebefits like it is keeps our body cool & it is goid for skin hair.....if anybody suffer with loose motion they can mix a teaspoon of jeera roasted & powdered in 1 cup if curds & drink,it controls the loose motion.like this we have many use in curds.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of thick curds
Sugar 3-4 tsp or as you need
Ice cubes few
Cardamom powder 1-2 pods ( optional)
Saffron few threads ( optional)
Pistachios for decorating finely chopped( optional)

Method
1. In a bowl take curds,powdered sugar,& blend with hand blender ir you can use mixie also to make.

2. Now add cardamom if using & add ice cubes & blend here you can add saffron & blend,colour will be little different

3. Don't blend too much jucst you can use whipping button

4. Now pour the lassi in tall glass from little height that foam forms & decorate with saffron threads & pistachios.

5. Serve chilled
