Mavina hannu or mango,seekarane means sweet juice extracted from ripe mangoes,you can use any kind of mangoes but it should be sweet taste ,it's ok if it is little sour because later we add sugar & milk it will be ok,it is very easy to prepare & very yummy in taste.you can serve with chapathi,rotti .....normally kids will like this & in mango season normally i prepare this frequently,my daughter likes it very much so today i prepared this as side for pulkas.
Ingredients;
2-3 medium big ripe mangoes
2-3 tbsp powdered sugar or as per sweet
1-2 pods of cardamoms powdered
2-3 tbsp of grated coconut
1/4 cup of milk
Method;
1. Peel the skin of mango & remove the pulp to a bowl ( clean your hands & remove pulp & smash themango) do same with all mangoes.
2. Smash nicely with your hands ( if little lumps remainsno problem,) & add sugar & cardamom powder & mix well & lastly add grated coconut & milk & mix.
3. Serve with chapathi or rotti.....
Note;
1. If you dont like to use hands you can use spoon to remove pulp,normaly we use hands.
2. Here i have used very less coconut & cardamom becase my daughter doesn't like it.but if you add as i suggested it will bemore tasty.
