SPLIT GREEN GRAM GRAVY


This gravy is made by using split green gram gram this is very healthy & you can use it as sprouted & this gravy is served as side to roti chapathi dosa anything...it is very healthy too.benefits of split green gram are like this...it is also calledmoong bean,it has high fiber & nutriant contents.....it is very simple to make & tasty....

Ingredients

1 cup split green gram soaked in water
Sufficiant water to cook
Salt
Little sugar for taste
1 tsp or as per spicy red chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp ghee & 1/2 tsp oil

Method

1. Soak split gram for 1/2 hr to 1 hr & cook by adding sufficient water in pressure cooker until soft if you want mushy you can cook more.

2. Heat oil & ghee & add jeera when it splutter add cooked split green gram & mix then add salt,coriander powder,sugar & garam masala & mix well
