EGGLESS CHOCOLATE BROWNIES


Eggless brownies,actually everytime i was thinking to make this & my daughter is fond of chocolate cake but I dint try this cake thinking how it may come....but today I thought i will try this brownie & i had all ingredients for this recipe & i have tried chocolate cake & it came out very well but brownies this is first time recipe coarce sanjeev kapoor 's i tried ,ya it came out very tasty ,crisp outside & soft inside,my daughter also liked & told to take them to her friends 😊

Ingredients:
1-1/3 cup of all purpose flour or maida
1 cup & 2 tb powdered sugar
2 tsp of baking powder
100 gms of chocolate chips ( in original recipe they have used dark chocolate bar)
130 gms butter ( approximately 6-7 tbsp)
1/2 cup wallnuts ( chopped)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup of milk ( warm)
( all things should be on room temperature)

Method:

1.pre heat oven in 180 dig cent., for 8-10 minutes ( in my otg i pre heat for 4-6 minutes)
Grease a 8" cake mould & sprinkle some flour & tap extra flour & keep ready.

2. Melt chocolate & butter in microwave or in double boiler method,& sift flour & baking powder & keep ready

3. In a wide bowl take melted chocolate & butter & mix & then add sugar & vanilla essence & mix,then add sifted flour & baking powder mixture & add milk & walnuts & mix throughly that there is no lumps.

4. Pour in greased mould & tap & make it even.

5. Bake in pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes or until when you incert tooth pick it comes out clean.

6. Remove & cool on a wire rack & when it is completely cool un mould the brownies.

7. Serve as it is ir with your favourite ice cream.

8. The top of brownies will be little hard dont worry it will be soft in inside.
