Bhature is like our poori type but only difference is for poori we use wheat flour & for bhature purely maida or all purpose flour we use.& this is punjabi dish & served with chole masala which is prepared by using kabuli chenna.it is yummy dish & very easy to prepare.

Ingredients;
1 cup maida
2-3 tbsp curds
1 tbsp oil
Salt
Little sugar
Water to make dough
Method
1. In a bowl take all ingredients & mix well then add little by little water & make soft dough & keep aside for 1/2 hr to 1 hr.
2. Next make same size equal balls & keep
3. Now take one by one dough balls & roll into round & little thick disc & keep
4. Heat oil in a pan & deep fry all dough discs into poories ( until it puffs up)
5. Remove & serve with chole masala.
