EGGLESS VANILLA CAKE


                                                                  ಎಗ್ಗ್ಲೆಸ್ಸ್ ವೆನಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕೇಕ್
from somany days i was searching for eggless cake recipes now i got one,yes i was satisfied today by baking this,it came out very soft & tasty & spongy,but little different from with egg cake,mmmm.it will be obviously,different,do you agree with me,i know you will but no worry we can manage...this cake you can use as base for any other theame cake also.


Ingredients:
2&1/2 cups of cake flour ( you can use all purpose flour also)
1 tin condensed milk
2-3 tbsp sugar ( optional)
2 tbsp vinegar 
2 tsp baking powder 
1 tsp baking soda 
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup of water ( every thing should be at room temperature)
1/2 cup butter @ room temperature
Pinch of salt

Note; if you don't have cake flour don't worry you can make in home.
In every one cup of maida or all purpose flour remove 2 tbsp of flour & replace with 2 tbsp of corn starch or corn flour. In this recipe for 2&1/2 cups of flour remove 5 tbsp of flour & replace with 5 tbsp of corn flour or corn starch.your cake flour is ready.:-).so now let us start our baking work..

Method;
1. Pre heat oven @ 180 dig.,centigrade for 15 minutes.

2. Grease a cake pan & keep ready.

3. In a wide bowl cream butter,sugar & condensed milk until you get creamy texture,then add vinegar & vanilla extract & mix thoroughly.

4. Firstly sift all dry ingredients such as flour,salt,baking powder,baking soda without any lumps.

5. Gradually,start adding the flour mixture to wet ingredients,little by little &simultaneously,add water & mix thoroughly,without any lumps.

6. Now pour to greased baking pan & make it even .

7. Bake in pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes,or bake until done.( if you insert a toothpick it should come out clean).

8. Check after 20 minutes.

9. Remove & leave  it to cool in pan for 25-30 minutes & then remove from pan & leave it to cool completely on a wire rack.

10.cut into desired shape,& enjoy.
