ತೆಂಗಿನಕಾಯಿ ಚಟ್ನಿ

Hotel type of coconut chutney actually,some thing differencewill be their for our home made chutney and hotel chutney this i was thinking everytime i dont no about others but i was trying many type to get that taste but this time i got this recipe from veg recipes blog which they had put different kinds of chutneys in that this was also one it attracted me,so i thought i will try this today,i tried,it came out very tasty & similar to hotel chutney. :-)
Ingredients ;
1 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup hurigadale ( roasted fried gram)
1 inch ginger
1-2 green chilli ( as per your taste)
Salt
15-25 curry leaves
2tsp oil
Method;
1. Clean curry leaves & fry by adding oil until crisp.& keep for cool.
2.in a mixie jar take grated coconut,greenchilli,ginger ,fried gram,salt & fried curry leaves
3. Grind by adding sufficient water to smooth paste or little coarse paste.
4. Serve with idli,dosa etc.,
