BARLEY DOSA


                                                                      ಬಾರ್ಲಿ ದೋಸೆ
Soaking 4-5 hrs
Prep., 5 minutes
Fermenting. Overnight
Prep., time 2 mins one dosa
Barley dosa,is the dosa prepared by using barley grains,which very healthy ,for urine infection & it has many nutritional facts,it helps in lower cholesterol,& intestinal protection,prevent heart failure,useful for diabetes,it helps to prevent gallstones,etc., normally we prepare several types of dosa's this is also one type which is healthy,tasty breakfast,very easy to prepare too,people who love crunchy & crispy they sure like this dosa,how much thin you want you can make...

Ingredients;
1 cup rice ( any rice)
1 cup urad dal
1 cup barley grains.

Others;
Salt
Water as needed
Oil for making dosa

Method;

1. Soak all three things given for 4-5 hrs & grind into smooth paste & cover & live it over night for fermenting .

2. Next day add salt & mix well if it is too thick add some water & make it to correct consistency.

3. Heat a pan on medium flame & pour one ladle full of batter & spread as much thin you want & sprinkle some oil & cover & cook until golden colour & crisp.

4. Remove & serve hot with chutney.....
