ALOOGEDDE MOSARU BAJJI/RAITA


                                                        ಆಲೂಗೆಡ್ಡೆ  ಮೊಸರು ಬಜ್ಜಿ
Prep., time: 5-6 minutes
Cooking time ; 10 minutes ( potato)
Aloogedde mosaru bajji is potato dip .where boiled potato is mixed with fresh curds & some masala powders are added to enhance its taste.this is very very easy to prepare.only time consumes to cook potato,that's it,then all other things will be done in no time.this raita is served as side dish to any vegetable rice or any other dish of your like.


Ingredients:

1 medium sized potato cooked & skin removed & mashed
1 cup beaten curds
Salt as per taste
1 tsp dry red chilli powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Pinch of coriander powder.
Coriander leaves for garnishing ( optional)

Method;

Take a wide bowl with mashed potato & add beaten curds & mix then add all other things given one by one & mix well & garnish with coriander leaves & serve chilled or like that only.

Note: you can sprinkle pinch of chat masala.( optional)
