MUSUKINA JOLADA SET DOSE


                                                               ಮುಸುಕಿನ ಜೋಳದ ಹಿಟ್ಟಿನ ದೋಸೆ
Prep.,time 5-6 minutes
Cooking time 5( one dosa/pancake)

Musukina jolada hittu means corn flour or makki ka atta in hindi,where usually punjabi's use for making Roties,named as Makki da roti.this is also called as corn or maize flour,don't get confused to because you get both white & yellow colour of corn flour,here we use yellow colour flour ,but white colour flour is mainly used as binding agent.here i have used this flour for making pan cakes odosas.it is very easy to prepare.health benefits of maize or corn are it controls diabetes,prevention of
heart aliments,& lowering hypertension,it provides necessary  calories for daily metabolism,& it is rich source of vitamin A,B,E & many minerals.it helps in prevention of constipation  .etc...

Ingredients:

1 cup corn/maize/makki/musukina jolada hittu
1/2 cup rice flour ( here u can adjust how much you want)
2-3 tbsp of curds
Salt
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Water as needed

Others:
4-5 green chillies finely chopped
1tsp ginger grated
Curry leaves finely chopped1 tbsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp

1/2 cup finely chopped onions
Oil for making dosa

Method:

1. Mix flour & curds & salt & add little water & make batter consistency & keep aside for 1/2 hr.

2. Next chop onions finely & keep

3. Add chopped green chillies,ginger,curry leaves,coriander leaves & cumin seeds & mix.

4.if you want more water add & make right pouring consistency.

5. Heat tava on medium heat & pour a ladle full of batter & spread little. & sprinkle chopped onion & press little from the backside if spatula,& sprinkle little oil & cover & cook.( if you want you can cook both the sides)until cooked well.

6. Remove & serve hot with chutney or any other gravy u like.
