ತೆಂಗಿನಕಾಯಿ ದೋಸೆ
This is also one type of dosa,where only rice & coconut is used,very very simple dosa,very nice taste
& very easy to prepare.& healthy too,my husband like this dosa very much,it is also very soft & little crunchy dosas,served with any side dish.
Ingredients
1 cup raw rice soaked overnight
Grated coconut 1/2 cup
Salt as needed
Method
Soak rice ivernight & next morning grind with grated coconut to smooth paste& add water as needed normally this dosa is prepared like rava dosa.add salt & keep aside for 1/2 hr
Heat tava & pour ladle full of batter from holding little high from tava like rava dosa & sprinkle little oil & cover with lid & cook until it becomes little crisp.
Then remove & serve hot with any side you like.
Do the same with remaining batter also.
