TAMARIND GOJJU OR GRAVY

ಹುಣಸೆ ಗೊಜ್ಜು 
Tamarind gojju or gravy ir hunase gojju is purely made using tamarind pulp,it is mixture of spicy,sweet & tangy,actually this is side dish for pongal ,normally in pongal there will no sournessor tanginess   so for that taste we make this gojju as side dish...
Ingredients.        

1 small or medium lemon size tamarind soaked in 1 cup water ( you can make variations in measurements)
Rasam powder 1 tsp
Salt
Jaggary 1 tbsp
Water if needed

Method

In a vessel bring tamarind water to boil & add rasam powder & let it boil for few minutes then add salt & jaggary & mix & live to boil for another 3-4 minutes ( rawness of rasam powder should go)

Then remove from fire.

Serve with pongal & enjoy.
