BLACK PEPPER RASAM

ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಸಾರು 
Pepper rasam is very tasty & healthy rasam this can be served with rice or soup,it is very beneficial for  cold & cough,& it reduces respiratory problems,it is use full for indigestion ,constipation,.
It is used as spice & medicine both,it is useful for weight loss,reduces asthma & whooping cough .it is very easy to prepare...


Black pepper ( ಕರಿ ಮೆಣಸು )






Ingredients
1 tsp urad dal½ tsp musterd seeds
½ - ¾ tsp black pepper3 - 4 curry leaves
Little more than 1/4cup grated coconut1 pinch hing
½ tsp jaggaryas per taste salt
1 - 2 tsp ghee


Method
1 string coriender leaves
Step 1Dry roast urad dal & black pepper & grind with coconut
Step 2Takea bowl add ghee & make seasoning & add the grinded mixture & add water as required & kep it boil
Step 3Then put salt,jaggar & curry leaves and let it to boil for few more mins.
Step 4Then remove from fire & add corriender leaves & garnish.
Step 5Serve with rice or drink like soup.
