POHA BHATH

ಅವಲಕ್ಕಿ ಭಾತ್ 
Poha bhath or avalakki bhath is also very tasty break fast,this is prepared by using vangibhath powder,actually this recipe was given by my lovely sister,she told that preparing same type of poha try this version,& she got this recipe from one tv show.so today i tried this...
Ingredients

1 cup poha ( thick variety )

1/2 cup chopped vegetables ( carrot,beans,cluster beans,potato ,peas) u can add little more

Vangi bhath powder  1 tbsp ( you can add more)

Salt
Sugar ( optional)

Seasoning

Oil 1 tbsp
Mustered seeds 1 tsp
Dry red chillies 1-2
Curry leaves few

Method

Soak poha ( after cleaning) in water ( not more water,it should be little top of poha)

Cook vegetables & keep ready.

Heat oil in a pan & add all seasoning items & fry,then add  cooked vegetables & fry then add bhath powder & mix well that all vegetables coated neatly,if you feel dry sprinkle little water & mix.

Then add poha ( if it has extra water in it squeeze it & put) & mix and add salt & sugar & mix throughly.

You can garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve with raita/chutney.
