Today iam posting cluster beans curry,or javali kayi palya,which is ver healthy,i am posting different version of curry today,usually i make simple curry by putting seasoning,health benefits of cluster beans are many ,here are some,it is one of the indian originated vegetable,it has many vitamins & minerals,it has less calories & it is good dietary food,it is very useful for diabetic patients,it is very beneficial to heart health,it contains vitamin A ,B etc.it contains iron,calcium etc.....
Ingredients
1 cup finely chopped cluster beans
For seasoning
1 tbsp oil
Mustered seeds 1 tsp
Dry red chillies 2
Curry leaves few
For masala
1/4 cup grated coconut
1/4 tsp mustered seeds
3-4 red chilli
Turmeric powder a pinch
Salt as per taste
Lemon juice 1 tsp ( if you want you can add more)
Method
Cook chopped cluster beans & keep ready ( you can cook on stove top also after making seasoning )
Grind all things given under masala & keep ready
In a pan heat oil & add mustered seeds & dry red chilli & curry leaves & fry ,then add grinded masala paste & fry until the raw smell goes & water if their evaporate .
Then add cooked cluster beans & fry until it is well coated.
Serve with rice,chapathi,roti etc.,
