PALAK CHAPATHI


Palak chapathi or roti any thing you can call,is very tasty ,you can make it for breakfast,lunch or dinner,serve with any your favorite side dish,palak is called spinach in english it is very healthy
Its health benefits are it contains iron,& one of the most nutritious compared to other green leafy
Vegetables.lowers the chilesterol in body,protects inflammation of the heart,it boosts haemoglobin levels in the body,it maintains bones health,sharpens eyesight,protects skin against acne,wrinkles,it is a detox food & purify your blood.......
Ingredients

1 cup of wheat flour
1 bunch of spinach or palak
Salt
Warm water as needed

Method
Grind cleaned spinach with little water to paste .

In a bowl take wheat flour,add salt & grinded spinach & mix,then add little by little water & make a soft & stiff dough & knead it to smooth,& keep aside covered with damp cloth for 1/2-1 hr.

Make equal size of balls & keep,then take chapathi rolling board & rolling pin & roll one by one into thin circles .

Heat tava & roast chapathi brushing little oil both the sides until brown spots appear.

Remove & serve hot with any curry.
