COCONUT CHUTNEY

ತೆಂಗಿನಕಾಯಿ ಚಟ್ನಿ

Coconut chutney which is very tasty & healthy ,which can be served with dosa,idli,any thing.it goes very well.its healthy benefits are helps to prevent obesity,high dietary fiber,improves heart health,improves digestion,quick energy boost,reduces sweet carving...




Ingredients

1 cup grated fresh coconut
Salt
Green chillies 4-5
Tamrind pulp 1 tsp
Roasted gram 1 tbsp
Ginger 1/2"
Jaggary little

Seasoning
Ghee 1 tsp
Mustered seeds 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Hing
Dry red chilli 1 peace

Method

Grind all things given under ingredients,  & put in a bowl.

Then make seasoning & add to chutney & mix well.

Serve with any dish like dosa,idli......
