RAGI MUDDE ( finger millet)

                                             ರಾಗಿ ಮುದ್ದೆ 

This dish is made by ragi flour,( finger millet),( karnataka cuisine) which is slightly sticky to eat & you have a trick to eat this,compulsorily we should make any side like sambar & dip little by little & swallow,but this is very tasty & healthy dish ....
Ingredients.                   
1 cup ragi flour.                     
1-3/4 cup water.  
Little salt
1 tbsp water

( i made hurali saru for side)

Method

Keep water for boiling,add salt & oil.

When it starts rolling boil add ragi/finger millet flour,do not mix make the flame sim & close the lid partially & live to cook for 5-6 minutes.

Then take a spatula(wooden is better)   & try to mix in circular motion then remove from fire & mix
Throughly that their should be no lumps,take out the dough on a plate & smear some ghee & knead it nicely.

Serve hot with any any vegetable sambar or rasam,

Here i have served with horse gram rasam,
