POHA LADOO




ಅವಲಕ್ಕಿ ಉಂಡೆ 
Poha or avalakki ladoo is very tasty ladoo very easy to make,actually,one of my friend had done this ladoo,so it was quite impressing,so i thought i should try this,so here it is....
Ingredients1 cup thick poha
1 cup jaggary powdered ( you can make more or less)( you can also use sugar also)
3/4 to 1 cup dry copra / ಒಣಕೊಬ್ಬರಿ 
2 pods cardamom
Cashews few
2-3 tbsp ghee
Little milk ( optional)

Method

Firstly,fry poha adding little ghee until it starts squeezing becomes small texture & keep aside
Fry,dry copra ( cut or grated) till it starts to change color .
Powder jaggary & keep ready
Heat ghee & roast cashews & keep ready


In  a mixie jar put all ingredients except cashews  & powder ( smooth powder)

Take that mixture in a bowl & add cashews & ghee,then start making ladoos.

If you c find difficult in making ladoos add little milk & make .

Note:

If you add milk shelf life is less

You can add other dry fruits also.
