HEALTHY MIXED LENTIL DOSA OR DAL DOSA



                                             ವಿವಿಧ ಬೇಳೆಗಳ  ದೋಸ



This dosa is very healthy dosa,where all dals ಬೇಳೆಗಳು  used with rice,this is very simple & easy to make...
Ingredients

Toor dal,channa dal,urad dal,moong dal all 1/4 cup each
Rice ( dosa / idli rice) 1 cup

Other ingredients to mixed with dals for grinding

Jeera 1 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Dry red chillies 4-5

Ingredients to be added to batter

Chopped onions 1 medium or large
Grated coconut 1/4 cup
Salt
Hing pinch
Curry leaves & coriander leaves
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Water as required

Method

Soak rice & dals separate overnight . next morning first grind dals to smooth paste & next rice to smooth paste then mix both,next grind the things given under to grind with dals to smooth paste & mix with batter or you can grind together with dals & mix.add salt & keep aside for 30 mins,

Meanwhile keep ready all other ingredients to be added to batter,then after  30 minutes add other things also and mix well,if you want you can make tempering with  oil,mustered seeds,jeera.. ( optional)

Heat tava & make regular dosas

Serve hot with chutney,sambar,sagu,anything you wish.
