HESARU KALINA DOSE OR GREEN GRAM DOSA

Soaking over night
Preparation : 10 minutes

Green gram is very healthy , usually people call it as pesarattu this is from andra pradesh,this was my first try of making this dosa,i had heard it but not prepared,here i have used my own measurements ( i think,because i have not browsed or got to know from any one) it came out perfect & tasty & crispy.


Ingredients

Green gram ( ಹೆಸರುಕಾಳು ) 1 cup
Urad dal 1 cup

Method

Soak each separately over night  or 2-3 hrs & grind separately & mix ( smooth paste) add salt & keep aside for 1/2 hr closed.

Heat tava & asusual make roound & crispy dosas

Serve with your favourite side like chutney,sambar any thing you wish.
