Cucumber bajji or raita are same,don't get confused,in our native we call in this name. Cucumber is very healthy,in this we can prepare salad,raita,etc..... Nowadays people are inventing varieties of cucumber dishes,this raita or bajji is side dish for rice varieties .very very simple to prepare.....
Ingredients
Cucumber cut into pieces 1 cup
Salt as needed
Green chilli 1-2 or as per spicy
Curds 1/2 cup ( if you want little watery u can add little more)
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Method
Grind all into smooth paste & lastly add curds ( you can add curds for grinding also) no water needed.
Serve with any rice dish & enjoy.
