ಅಲಸಂದೆ ಪಲ್ಯ
Cow pea or ಅಲಸಂದೆ long beans this is very healthy,in this vegetable you can prepare,sambar,rice etc., today i am preparing curry orಪಲ್ಯ .. It is very easy to make here it is.....
Ingredients
1 cup finely chopped cow pea or alasande
Seasoning
Oil 1 tbsp
Mustered seeds 1 tsp
Channa dal 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Green chillies 4-5 or as per spicy
Sugar ( optional)
Others
Grated coconut 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Method
Cook alasande in cooker or cook it directly on stove top..
Heat oil in a pan & add seasioning items one by one & fry,( here you can add directly chopped cow
pea & add little water & cook) now add cooked cow pea or alasande & mix then add salt & sugar & mix then remove from fire & add lemon & mix throughly & add grated coconut & mix.
Serve with ruce,chapathi,rotti,dosa etc.,
