KOBBARI BISKUTTU




Ingrediants;

1 cup of maida ( all purpose flour)

1/2 cup of butter

1/2 cup plus 4 to 5 tbsp of  dry coconut




1/2 cup of sugar ( confectionary or powdered)

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tbsp milk

Salt pinch optional

Method;

1  sift flour & baking powder & mix desicated or dry coconut well and keep aside.

2. Mix sugar & butter until smooth & add little by little of flour mixture & make a soft dough & add little milk if it is dry .it should be soft dough that easily u can role.

Heat oven for 5 to 8 mins in 180 dig cent.,

Take equal amount of dough & roll into cookies roll it & again roll it on desicted coconut cote it nicely and arrange on a baking tray giving little gap inbetween ,

Bake on pre heated oven for 15 to 18 mints or until it turns brown.

Remove & cool.
