Today i made pineapple ice cream,hmm pic is not too perfect becaz it is too hot when i was taking picture & it started mmelting soon 😔 But taste is very good & smooth .
Ingrediants;
1 cup of milk & 1/4 cup for mixing milk powder
1/2 cup of milk powder
3/4 cup of sugar ( little less or adjust to taste)
200 ml of cream
1&1/2 cup of pinapple puree
1/4 tsp of pineapple essence
Method;
1. Heat milk in a vessal & mix milk powder in 1/4 cup of milk & mix & add sugar & mix here you can use powdered sugar ,leave it for cooling.after it is cool add cream and mix with baloon wisk.
2. Next pour into a airtight container & cover with aluminium foil & cover the lid tightly & keep in the freezer until firm.
3. Remove the icecream & take it in a blender & add pineapple puree & blend into smooth creamy texture.
4. Pour into container as usual cover tightly & freeze it until firm.
5. Serve cold with any toppings.
Note;
1. Cover the container properly otherwise ice crystals will form.
2. If you feel it is not enough smooth as your desire remove & blend it again and freeze it.
