Set dosa,soft & spongy dosas served with sagu,today i got one recipe as set dosa i read the Ingrediants where rice flour is used instead of rice it was very easy & soft & tasty .
Ingrediants;
1 cup of urad dal
1 cup of poha
2 cups of rice flour
Salt as needed
Water for grinding
Method;
1. Soak urad dal & poha for 4-5 hrs,then grind into smooth & add rice flour & salt & mix throughly,here if it is too thick add some more water & mix the consistancy should not be too thick or too watery.put it in a wide bowl & leave it for fermentation over night.
2. Next day mix the batter onceagain & heat tava & pour ladle full of batter & do not spread too thin it should be little thick cook by sprinkling little oil. & cover & cook.
3. Serve hot with any side.
